The Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines Launching
TOYM Search Chairman for this year is our 2007 National President Glenn B. Santos. The search which now on its 51st year recently held it launching at Club Filipino in San Juan City. Guest of Honor and Speaker is the 2007 TOYM Honoree for Public Service San Juan Mayor JV Ejercito. In the photo above is our 2009 National President Fulbert C. The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awards is the premier program of JCI Philippines since 1959. The 2009 theme of the search is anchored on the theme ““Outstanding contribution, New Inspiration and Excellence” or ONE@51.
